Place was absolutely perfect. Read a bunch of one star reviews and was hesitant. Once I arrived, I realized that the place was the local spot in town, rather than the overpriced tourist cantinas at the top of the hill. Instead of entitled English voices enjoying a whinging complaint fest, we got locals, proper atmosphere and great service. And good prices. Love it.

Located in the city center, just in front of the access to the medieval city, this establishment offers a welcome that is just as pleasant as its dishes. Service with a smile, cuisine that is as sophisticated as it is simple. Excellent value for money. Don't hesitate to stop and try this restaurant.

Don't be fooled by the rather unprepossessing exterior. The food was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful to our big group. Everything is home made, the confit was not overly fatty and was very flavorful, the profiteroles the lightest I've ever eaten and all the other food looked equally good.Added bonus - huge baby change table in the toilets.
